Committees

If you are a member of NMAEYC, you can actively shape the organization and impact early childhood education in New Mexico by joining one of the committees listed below.

Board Development

Seeks to recruit a variety of professionals to join the board to help enhance and promote NMAEYC’s mission and vision.

Accreditation

Helps early care and education programs begin and achieve the NAEYC accreditation process.

Annual NMAEYC Conference Committee

Shapes the content of the annual conference that includes more than 60 workshops and a keynote speaker.

Membership Committee

Increases membership and improves services for members.

Public Policy Committee

Trains members and the community on best practices for grassroots advocacy at the local, state, and national levels to promote and pass legislation that benefits educators, children, and families.
