Play and create with circuits, simple robots, and art

A virtual workshop for early childhood educators, librarians and out-of-school time providers

Get charged up about electricity! We’ll integrate literature and use balloons, tissue paper, hobby motors, and pool noodles, to explore and play with static electricity and basic circuits.  Use what you discover to make your own scribble bot that wiggles and draws on paper.

Participants will receive a kit of science materials, ready-to-implement ideas, and a membership to NMAEYC.

Registration is requested by June 6 so that kits can be pick up or shipped ahead of time for first 20 registrants. Sharing a login and kit of materials is possible. Please contact Explora Reservations with questions – reservations@explora.us
